Our café jobs usually take about 5–8 weeks on site, depending on the scope. A smaller job, such as a bar counter and repaint, can be faster.
You pay a 50% deposit to start, and the rest is claimed in stages as the work progresses. Each claim shows what's been completed, so you only pay for work that's done.
Our quotes cover labour and building works, broken down item by item. Fittings such as tiles, sinks, taps, lights, fans and aircond units aren't included unless they're listed. You can supply them yourself, or we'll buy them for you at cost. For coffee machines, we prepare the water and power points.
Yes. Electrical work, including the DB box and MCBs we supply and install, comes with a one-year warranty from handover.
Yes. Most of our jobs are in the Klang Valley, but we've also worked in Johor and Negeri Sembilan.
